Step-by-Step Guide for Using the Bingo Card Generator
Open your web browser and navigate to the Bingo Card Generator webpage.
- Enter your desired title (up to 17 characters) in the "Title" input field.
- Adjust the title font size using the slider in the "Title Settings" section.
- Choose the font family from the dropdown menu (Courier, Helvetica, or Times).
- Change the title color using the color picker next to "Title Color".
Select a theme from the "Theme" dropdown menu in the Quick Settings section. Available themes are:
Each theme will automatically apply specific colors, fonts, and background images to your bingo card.
- Check the "Free Square" toggle switch if you want a free square in the center of the card.
- To customize the free square image, click on the "Free Square Settings" section.
- Click the "Browse" button to upload your own custom image, or use the default image from the selected theme.
- Use the "Cards Per Page" slider in the Card Settings section to select how many bingo cards to display on each page (1 to 9).
- The currently selected number will be displayed next to the slider.
- Choose the grid size from the "Grid Size" dropdown menu:
- 3x3 (9 cells)
- 4x4 (16 cells)
- 5x5 (25 cells) - Traditional bingo size with B-I-N-G-O letters
Expand the "Card Settings" section to access color options for:
- Background color
- Grid line color
- Number color
- Number background color
Click on any color swatch to open the color picker and choose your preferred color.
As you customize your settings, the preview panel will update in real-time to show how your bingo card will look. Your current settings will be reflected in the preview area.
Click the "Generate New Card" button to create a new set of random bingo numbers.
Tip:
Use this feature when you want to create multiple unique bingo cards for different players or games.
- Click the "Download PDF" button to open the download options.
- Use the slider to select how many unique card sets you want to download (1-40).
- Click the "Download Free" button to save your bingo cards as a PDF file.
Note:
You can generate and download up to 40 PDF card sets per day for free. The counter resets daily.
Additional Features
Click the "Settings" tab at the top of the page to access advanced options:
- Auto-save settings - Enable to automatically save your customizations between sessions.
- High quality PDF export - Enable for higher resolution PDFs (may increase file size).
- Reset All Settings - Restore all settings to their default values.
- Save as Preset - Save your current configuration for future use.
Tips for Best Results
Ink-Efficient Printing:
Choose the "Ink Saver" theme if you need to print many cards and want to minimize ink usage.
Special Occasions:
Select themed backgrounds like Christmas, Easter, or Halloween for holiday-specific bingo games.
Multiple Cards Per Page:
When printing multiple cards per page, make sure your printer settings are set to "Fit to page" to ensure proper scaling.
Custom Branding:
Use the free square feature with a custom uploaded image to add your logo or organization's branding to the bingo cards.
